Surgical Emergencies
We assess, diagnose and manage all surgical emergencies , stabilise them and transfer where necessary.We attend to minor surgical procedures in our small Operating theatre and we manage patients post operatively till discharge.
Medical Emergencies
We endeavour to assess , diagnose and stabilise all medical emergencies carry out all necessary investigations and treat according to an accurate diagnosis
ECGs
At Infinity Medical and Radiology ,we have an ECG machine on site and we will do ECGS routinely to all patients coming in with chest pain as per the chest pain protocol and also when there is any other indication. We also carry out ECGS to all patients that are referred by their own family Doctors or Hospital Doctors.
XRAYS
At Infinity Medical and Radiology we have a Fixed room xray machine on site and our Radiologist does Xrays as referred by our Doctor. We also perform Xrays to all patients that are referred by their own family Doctors or Hospital Doctors. We have 2 mobile xray machines that are available for call out to xray you in the comfort of your home and results send to your treating Doctor.
Ultra Sound Scan
At Infinity Medical and Radiology we have an Ultra Sound machine on site and we perform scans to all patients as referred by our Doctor .Our Ultra Sound Scan is also available to all patients that are referred by their own family Doctors or Hospital Doctors.
We perform ultra sound for investigations and also gestational ultra sound to all pregnant women to monitor foetal growth.
Laboratory Services
Our partners Medtrek Clinical Labs will offer prompt on-site specimen collection and testing and issuing of results on a timely manner so we can correct any abnormalities while you are still an impatient in our Emergency department.
Pharmacy/ Dispensary
Onsite pharmacy provide you with urgent medications that you will need to take in the first 24 hours of your care.
Emergency Ambulance Services
Infinity Medical and Radiology Centre has an Emergency Ambulance onsite available to attend to all emergencies in Gweru town and beyond.
Our Emergency Ambulance also escort patients to District, Provincial and Central hospitals for further management.
Patient Transport
We provide non urgent Patient transport to take patients to external appointments , to other facilities like rehabilitation centres , Palliative care centres , Home based care and to Aged Care Facilities.
Doctors, Home Visits
Our Doctors are available for home visits daily from 8am to 8pm.They will call to confirm home visiting times after booking through our website,by calling the medical centre or through our face book page .After the assessment if the patient need to go to the Medical centre for further treatment ,investigations and monitoring ,our Doctor will call Ambulance to come pick the patient up.
Zoom Consultations with Zimbabwean Doctors Working in Australia
Zimbabwean Doctors working in Australia are available for Zoom consultations with our patients as needed.We will arrange this to happen at the Medical centre using wifi connection to video chat and recommendations made on the management of complex conditions.
